Pecano (ENG)

Pecano is composed of a traditional French financier base. A financier is a gluten-free almond sponge. In this recipe, a combination of almonds, pecans and dark chocolate is used. The dessert is enriched with a delicate coffee caramel with chocolate, finished with a caramel glaze and nuts. It is also suitable for people with gluten intolerance.
